Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective covers are included to maintain product integrity.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
