What is your return policy for golf gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-built golf bags are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Can I add a custom name or logo to my bag after purchase?
Personalization must be selected at the time of purchase as it is integrated during the manufacturing process. We cannot add embroidery or custom logos to bags that have already been shipped.
